I've said it again and again...... apparently Amazon doesn't want to sell things anymore. They don't seem to want sellers other than Amazon selling on this platform. I suggest you look into these new "MALLS" that are popping up around the country. Looks like a lot of EX AMAZON sellers having a shop in a brick and mortar environment to showcase and SELL all their merchandise. Different shops all in one place. I'm trying some of my merch in my niece's shop. I wish you GOOD LUCK!! Amazon is losing sellers left and right.

Dear Faith Jewelry

Amazon has been destroying my business as well, for years with the child safety team you were able to send in documents, have someone who reads English review it and within a few days it was all cleared, now it has become a nightmare, when in my CPC it clearly stats the place its manufactured they don’t see it , I reply with big green arrows that a blind person can see but they don’t , Recently many cases has been approved , but 3 days later it gets restricted again because someone new in child safety restricted again and its going in Circles

This is how stupid it has become my testing says it passed for age group 0+ but they restrict it because in my detail page it says ages group 2-6 years, and I need to explain that 0+ plus also means ages 2-6 years but they do not understand it

It is a mess and it is a shame what amazon has become, however chinses sellers are selling with out an issue and some have 70 % feedback and they are still best seller

I sell some necklaces intended for Mother's and my listings are always getting flagged as children's jewelry. Luckily my appeals were not rejected.

From this Coin Battery Button Cell compliance crap, I can tell you that there have been many instances where I had to submit a second appeal to get the listing reactivated.

i had a cooking oil which they mistakenly marked as pesticide . I checked my listing removed all potential keywords which might be belong to it . They reinstated my listing . Then after few months it happend again , i then again managed to get it reinstated . Third time when it happened i closed my listing and liquidated my remaining items .

I have been going through this for months and spent countless hours trying to battle the same thing - and worse yet, the same issues happen on the Canadian side.

My items have cartoon pictures (adults doing adult things like driving a car, riding a jet ski, working in an office, a doctor, etc.). Systematically all of my product lines are targeted. They get flagged for being children's items then more recently are flagged for being magnets. It is literally a daily issue. Somewhere along the way someone told me it was because they were cartoons. The thing is, they're not really cartoons, that's an easy reference, but in reality they're hand drawn pictures that have simple details.

Between this and some other issues, like not being able to upload inventory it sure makes you wonder. I've even been dinged for trademark violations, because one of my items had a zebra on it, and I mentioned the word zebra. Apparently the Zebra printers own that dictionary word. I was also dinged because of a picture that had a man on horseback with a rope in his hand because I titled it "roper". Again, another dictionary word that is apparently owned by a corporation and is now not permitted for use by us pheasants.

Your listings advertise the Jewelry is Lead and Cadmium free, if you can advertise that, I would imagine you have the documents to prove that is the case, no?

Are you being asked for those safety documents?

Also yes, the word anyone does include children. You need to change it to adults or make sure your language does not include any suggestion that it's ok to give to children (whatever age range Amazon's rules outline on specific ages).

Amazon is not picking on you, there are a lot of people selling knockoff jewelry that is toxic/poisonous to children. There are laws in this country about this, and changing "girl" to "anyone" would not be a legal defense in a court case, and thus is not a suitable change for a listing. That's the truth. Sorry its a pain.
