Dog Treat - Pet Supplies Seller here.

We have been selling our products on Amazon for 6-7+ years and never faced any such issue. Now according to perhaps new policy or incorrectly and arbitrarily targeting some items randomly in the amazon algorithm our items are not being advertised. Seller Support informs us to change images because "product is not allowed to be shown outside of the package" We change the main image to only have mock up not showing inside the package." Still this is not sufficient. They are saying all images cannot show the actual product. We have never of heard of this, and how are you supposed to sell the product without showing the product. In addition this other competitors seem to have no issue. Are we being targeted in some way?

We additionally pay for SAS seller support and are not receiving any benefits from preventing or remedying these issues. What can we do? Any other sellers face this before?

I have never heard of this. Did they send a link or anything to a policy that states this? If you can, post it here I would like to read it over. I can't find anything on their FAQ for advertising about this, either.
