Prime Exclusive Discounts moved to proce discount not able to create discounts
I have been using prime exclusive discount tool to offer discounts to prime members, now from1 jan 2025 same had been moved to Price discount but Price Discount tool has eligibility criteria to create discounts, i do not have seller ratings on my account but my products had 4.5 ratings then also i am not able to create prime exclusive discounts as i earlier used to do,

You may be interested in reviewing this FAQ specific to Prime Exclusive Discounts, which advises the most likely reason a discount was suppressed, even it was valid earlier, is that it may no longer meet every aspect of the Eligibility Criteria. If you are uploading via a file, this page has some guidance on resolving file type errors for Prime Exclusive Discounts as well.
Should you believe all eligibility criteria is being met, it would likely be prudent to open a case with our seller support team for more technical troubleshooting though!
