This is what my amazon account says when i try to fix it. I am not sure where I put these invoices I do not have these asins or invoices. Its been many years now and my account has been suspended for almost 4 years. Can anybody assist me with this. I submitted plan of actions appeals Im over the moon.

i talked to amazon seller support around 5 times and told them the situation they told me to send similar products invoice
so i went on homedepot.com and ordered 10 microwaves and 10 bins just like they said i could do "implied"
i also apologized for what happen in a seperate pdf and sent them the invoice and reciept and hopefully they see it i dont know if thats good
If you have purchased new products and provided your new sourcing documents to the supplier and the quantities and all requested information is present, meeting the listed requirements, than they should meet our expectations. I am unable to confirm documents that are pending review or waiting a decision. Have you received any follow up information on what you provided, or is it still pending review on your end? Do you have any cases where you provided these new documents?

now the team is saying you have to submit the exact same invoices as the asins for the product?
do you see how they keep changing the goal posts and not providing me with a clear thing of what they want submitted

If you have provided your new invoices as I mentioned back on 9/12/24, I would ask that you create a case, provide your documents on that case and then post your case ID here. This will allow me to have more visibility into your situation and ensure the appropriate teams are involved or provide further support.
We have stopped accepting a plan of action for a very very large number of subjects going back a few years now. We no longer accept a plan of action for these types of situations, apology or not, we require valid sourcing documents to have the reassurance that these concerns will never happen again in the future. If we cannot find that reassurance in your documentation the account will remain deactivated.

Due to the apparent change in their decision, I have reached back out for clarification on the situation. This could be for a number of reasons, which is why we need clarification on what is actually required for reactivation at this time. The other concern that may have arose is with what documentation you provided.
When you provided your new sourcing documents, did you verify that you have "Invoices" that shows you are sourcing from an authorized distributor and not a retailer or an unapproved method? If you are attempting retail arbitrage, receipts cannot verify a valid or full supply chain and may also be missing key pieces of information. Are you attempting to list branded products, did you obtain a letter of authorization from the brand or rights owner to confirm you are an approved distributor of the brand?
As the account is currently deactivated, we cannot just accept anything. The documents requested should not only validate your inventory but offer reassurance that the prior issues will never occur again.
While we're waiting for our review team to follow up on the situation, I would advise reviewing our documentation requirements and ensure you have valid invoices provided.

So in this particular situation, which I do need to stress is very unique. Our review teams at this time have received your documentation from Home Depot for the related products, which is what this request was for. This information is exactly what they were requesting, the concern at this time is that they cannot verify the purchase information and it's association to your account. They are currently requesting that you update your bank and or credit card information to ensure they are able to verify its association with your account.

Due to the apparent change in their decision, I have reached back out for clarification on the situation. This could be for a number of reasons, which is why we need clarification on what is actually required for reactivation at this time. The other concern that may have arose is with what documentation you provided.
When you provided your new sourcing documents, did you verify that you have "Invoices" that shows you are sourcing from an authorized distributor and not a retailer or an unapproved method? If you are attempting retail arbitrage, receipts cannot verify a valid or full supply chain and may also be missing key pieces of information. Are you attempting to list branded products, did you obtain a letter of authorization from the brand or rights owner to confirm you are an approved distributor of the brand?
As the account is currently deactivated, we cannot just accept anything. The documents requested should not only validate your inventory but offer reassurance that the prior issues will never occur again.
While we're waiting for our review team to follow up on the situation, I would advise reviewing our documentation requirements and ensure you have valid invoices provided.

Could you provide a clear, step-by-step explanation of exactly what Amazon requires for my account reinstatement? Every time I contact Seller Support, I receive conflicting information.
So in this particular situation, which I do need to stress is very unique. Our review teams at this time have received your documentation from Home Depot for the related products, which is what this request was for. This information is exactly what they were requesting, the concern at this time is that they cannot verify the purchase information and it's association to your account. They are currently requesting that you update your bank and or credit card information to ensure they are able to verify its association with your account.
Once completed, they are requesting that you resubmit your documents after confirming the mentioned updates. If you continue to receive the same response, please follow up here so I can continue working with the appropriate teams on reviewing the situation again.
