Frustration with Amazon's Misclassification and Lack of Support

I’m reaching out today because I’m beyond frustrated with a situation that has severely impacted my business as an Amazon seller. Recently, two of my products were mistakenly classified as baby sleeping posture products and have been taken down as a result. To make matters worse, they’ve now been labeled as "defective," leaving me unable to sell or even remove them from my inventory.

I've sent emails to Amazon’s support team about this issue, but it’s been three weeks with no response whatsoever! This is not just a minor inconvenience; it’s causing significant financial losses for my business.

I’m baffled as to how such a serious error could happen in the first place and even more perplexed by the complete lack of communication from Amazon. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you handle it?

I really hope to see some change in how these issues are resolved because it's incredibly disheartening for sellers like us who work hard to provide quality products.

Thank you for reading my rant; any advice or support would be appreciated!
