Whole shipment lost Inbound

I am posting regarding a particular IB shipment: FBA18LQ330D4

It's quite a lot of money as the shipments has been closed with "0" received out of 217 units.

Could you please help me escalating the case as I can't get any reply?

I reviewed Case 17046372301 and see that it still open and pending review by our FBA teams. There is currently a long backlog for these cases to be reviewed, and our partner teams are working to process them and respond to sellers with updates.
