Customer left negative feedback for the UPS driver on our page. We replied to the comment, and reached out to the customer to request they remove the feedback and add it to the UPS website to make a meaningful impact, but the customer has failed.

I appealed the feedback and requested it to be removed, as usual, the level 1 Amazon Support has failed to even acknowledge and understand why I have appealed this feedback. They have refused.

Looking to escalate this through one of Amazon MODs please.

UPS has currently cancelled all Pick Ups for Standard service which is used for Send to Amazon.

What is happening ??

UPS doesn't want to deliver product to Amazon FBA .

meanwhile

Amazon FBA doesn't want to receive product that is being delivered to them.

I have Pallets sitting as delivered for weeks at Amazon FBA.

Its INSANE that product can be sitting at FBA for weeks and we STILL get charged LOW INVENTORY FEES for their incompetence.

As a seller what can we possibly do to replenish our inventory ?

Hopefully the info I got is wrong so I wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing this.

I scheduled a UPS pickup yesterday for my FBA shipment today, as usual.

This morning, my regular UPS driver—who’s super nice and always reliable—called me saying there was no pickup request in their system for my address, which almost never happens. I was surprised because I always take a screenshot of my confirmation number, which I gave to him right away.

He checked with his supervisor and shared some unexpected news: starting today, all on-call pickup requests across Canada are being cancelled without notice.

I currently have $15,000 worth of inventory sitting in my garage, all ready to go with UPS shipping labels I’ve already paid for. And now I’m being told these shipments can’t be picked up.

Has anyone else encountered this today? Is this a nationwide issue, or is there some kind of misunderstanding?

I really cannot deal with this right now on top of all tyhe problem caused by the Canada Post's situation...
