GTIN exemption run around

Previously had GTIN exemption for a brand and category. Attempted to list additional products in that category and Amazon evidently deleted the approval for that category for the brand. We have about 80 of these listed previously but trying to list the other options we have available in our catalog.

Reapplied with 3 images showing the product labeling affixed, 2 images on a table and one in a hand with the application. Rejected and told they needed images on a table or in a persons hand.

Resubmitted with 3 images showing the product labeling affixed including 2 images on a table and one in a hand. Rejected saying they wanted images on a table or in a persons hand.

Explained we had already done this multiple times. Asked for an escalation via phone contact if they were unable to resolve this correctly. Support didn't listen and kicked the case back again.

Asked again for an escalation via phone contact. A member of leadership responded like they didn't even look at the images nor the case and they did not contact via phone as requested. Told to take more images. This item is not much larger than a pencil. Only so many angles you take, and we have already fulfilled Amazons policy of providing multiple images again and again and again.

Asked for the phone escalation yet again but not holding out much hope of a reasonable and quick resolution. Case 17539263761. @Cooper_Amazon or anyone available to get this simple GTIN exemption pushed through so we can get the rest of these items listed instead of wasting time with support?

Hi @Seller_oDXVaydIpi3Hi,

I have reviewed the case and see that you were granted the GTIN exemption.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

Wishing you the best!
