I am a very small seller. I have 2 products listed for about 2 years. I usually sell about 3 - 4 per day, sometimes 6 or 7, occasionally over 10. I try not to use ppc. Sales have completely crashed during the past 6 - 8 weeks. I'm down to 0 -1 per day. If I turn on ppc i sell more but I lose money in the end because of so many clicks and no sales. Something must have changed. I suspect Amazon changed the search algorithms. I'm sure someone is going to say "you must fine tune your search words" I have done that, over and over. It only gets worse. And I have rarely used ppc in the past. I have a negative balance of over $200 coming up next payout date. This is absolutely pathetic. Of course Amazon loves every bit of this.

Very niche product. I had a culinary career and never heard of it. 116 results on your main keyword supports the lack of demand. Both listings are not branded so you are missing out on all A+ content. Your price is good, your SEO is good. BSR is good....Lack of A+ content, branding and ads put you at a severe disadvanatage on a very low demand item.
It's because Amazon, despite their advertising to the contrary, wants to completely phase out 3rd party sellers. They constantly switch their algorithms to accomplish this. Plus their customer service is horrific.
