Read onlyHello All
I have an issue and Im really worried about this matter, hopefully someone can clarify my doubts. I will really appreciate it.
I recieved an email regarding a Product Authenticity Complaints Violation about "Inventory is not appropriately labeled with Transparency codes or Transparency enabled serial numbers"
It is an asin I have been selling for 11 months, I buy the product from the manufacturer, but the last purchase was in april, so Im sure the batches I own does not have the Transparency codes.
Without notice about the asin getting into the program I received the infraction. I dont know what to do.
1) Is my account at risk of deactivation?
2) Should I acknowledge the violation or send evidence that the product is legit?
Please advise, I will really apreciate your comments
There is nothing you can do.
The brand has opted for transparency in the middle of your selling activity.
Your account will not be deactivated. Its not even close to deactivation. But you risk having your inventory in FBA warehouses being labeled as defective, and you will need to create a removal order.
Hi @Azul_Azul,
Thank you for your post. Based off what you have provided, it seems as though you are dealing with an authenticity listing violation
Typically in these cases, invoices from your supplier will be needed to verify your product's authenticity. These invoices will need to be dated within the last 365 days and reflect your sales volume for the preceding 365 days up to the date of the violation. You can find further guidance on our invoice requirements here.
The short answer here is possibly. For listing violations, your account health is measured by the Account Health Rating score (AHR). To keep your account active, you will need to maintain an AHR score above 100. Any score above 200 is considered "healthy". Anything between 100-200 is considered "at risk". As score in this range does not mean Amazon will deactivate the account, but rather you are in a range where additional violations could cause the score to fall below that minimum 100 threshold.
It should be noted that listing violations affect the AHR score differently. They fall into one of four categories in terms of how your AHR is impacted (High, Medium, Low, and No impact). In order to raise the score as quickly as possible, I would recommend addressing the high impact violations first. When the violations first appear, any impact they have on your score is immediately deducted from the AHR. That score is reinstated as violations are removed.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
