I would like to ask for your help and advise.
Many times happens that the buyer writes a feedback which is false, missleading or regarding the delivery, product review etc.
Unfortunately Amazon says, that the feedback is not eligible to be removed and the cases are closed. We´re quite desperate. How can we succeed in feedbacks removals? The problem also is, that the customers do not answer to our messages..it is then hard to work. :-(

Without more specific details about the cases you're referring to, it's challenging to provide general advice on removing feedback.
Could you clarify what you mean by the feedback being "misleading"?
Also, if the feedback is related to the delivery, the feedback will not be removed completely. However, the feedback can be eligible to be strike-through, if the order was shipped via FBA or Buy shipping service was used.
