Mods, need some assistance with a case that is going nowhere and we cannot get resolution. We keep getting the same cut and paste answers from seller support.
We are disputing lost inventory and have provided a signed BOL from our warehouse. We have also provided the BOL that Amazon Freight LTL supplied to us. Seller support is not accepting either BOL and are stating they need a signed BOL. Both BOLs that we have provided are signed.
