I have been selling on Amazon for several years and have an exclusive agreement with the brand owner, which designates me as the sole authorized seller for their products. Recently, I noticed another seller has created a generic brand for the same item but is using my authorized brand name in their product title. I attempted to report this to Amazon, but unfortunately, it seems the listings have not been removed despite the violation. As this impacts both my business and the integrity of the brand, I am reaching out for any advice or steps I can take to resolve this issue.
