All funds being held in ACCOUNT LEVEL RESERVE and no help from Seller Support

Why is Amazon holding ALL Net Proceeds in Account Level Reserve? Have had 3 calls with Seller Support, taken the steps recommended, waited the 48 hours and they are still holding with no scheduled disbursement.

Why can't Seller Support help resolve? We were referred to the Settlements Team but told we can't contact that team we have to wait for them to email us.

Who at Amazon can help?

As to why you are not receiving money -- it could be lots of things. Have you had sudden increases in business that resulted in a velocity review due to the increase?

How long has it been from the time of the sales?

If your account is 'healthy', do you have any violations when you look at the 'All Issues" section under the Policy Compliance tab?

Even if there are not any shown, some of their most serious concerns NEVER show up there -- they are totally hidden from view until Amazon springs the trap door for some things.

Do you have late shipments or lack of tracking? Too many cancellations? They can affect you even thought the overall account shows healthy.

MOST important since you appear to be brand new, if you are selling branded items --

DO YOU have an LOA from the brand(s) allowing you to sell on here?

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK? You DO have a sales rep at the brand, don't you?

AND, since 'buyers have 30 days after receipt to request a return, Amazon will be very SLOW to release funds until AFTER that 30 day period has ended. Their job is to protect AMAZON -- sellers are an afterthought!
