Hello,
We are beginning to list large safes (upwards of 750 lbs) for sale on Amazon, FBM.
Are there any options for us to use a different carrier than the ones listed in the shipping template setup?
Or is there a way to set this up somehow using an integration?
Thank you all in advance!

Hi @Seller_PJzigt1XJj0Yj,
Yes, you can use your own carrier through Amazon's freight-shipping template.
Looking at the freight shipping help page, under "Requirements to use the freight-shipping template", it specifically states you can "either self-deliver or deliver using an LTL carrier."
To get started with this, you'll need to request access to the freight template by filling out the form (the link is in the yellow box at the top of the help page). The template is available for items that are:
One important thing to note - the help page mentions that carriers cannot enter customers' homes or buildings. Deliveries should be made to the front door or building lobby. If you need to offer installation services, you might want to check out the Local Selling program that's mentioned in the FAQ section of the help page.
Best regards,
Michael
