I filed a claim about this customer saying she did not receive the package. I filed a SAFE-T claim, provided proof that the box was delivered and I get this response from Amazon: "We are denying your claim because your product is nonreturnable".
I responded back, asking why their response was connnected to the fact that the product was delivered and the customer denied that. The second response from Amazon was" "We are denying your claim because your product is nonreturnable".
I can not believe that Amazon is that stupid to try and connect 2 issues that are not even relatable. Am I dealing with AI? Is there another avenue I can take?
Well, it seems you hit thar gray area with the point of no return.
Correct your product is a non-returnable product.
However, buyers know that one call to customer service with a complaint and they get a free refund with no questions asked. Ever if they would have returned the product, RFS would refund the buyer in full with no regards to being non-returnable. Just one more way Amazon scams sellers.
If this was an FBM order and you purchased the shipping through Amazon, tell them to file an A-Z claim and amazon will refund them from their own pocket and you keep the funds from the order. (assuming shipping purchased through amazon and shipped on time).
Probably.
I think many of us are...more than we know.
Tag a mod or two. Maybe someone (or something) can help you.
We had a customer say a package didn't arrive and then after we showed proof it was delivered they said "Oh we gave you the wrong address". And Amazon refunded them and charged us. As if we have any control over where the customer says to ship their package. I have not been a fan of selling on Amazon. They have terrible customer service and protection for sellers.
It is amazing to me that on all our other sales channels 99% of customers receive their packages. Only on here do they not.
