Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’ve been facing ongoing issues with Amazon support regarding one of my listings. I’ve submitted the required FDA documentation, including:
A screenshot from the official FDA website showing that my product model is covered in the 510(k) number I provided
The official FDA document I received with the correct 510(K) with the model number on that certificate too
Images of all sides of the product packaging
A PDF copy of the product manual
Despite providing everything multiple times, I keep getting the same response saying the information doesn’t match, with no clear explanation or acknowledgment of the evidence I submitted.
This has been extremely frustrating, as I’m simply trying to comply with the requirements. I’ve opened multiple cases and explained the situation clearly, but the responses seem automated and don’t directly address the documents.
