I've been a long time Amazon seller using my company name as my brand "Decorative Concepts". in the past I've gone through the process of getting the name approved through the selling application process. Recently those approved application changed from approved to denied and I no longer have access to modify my own listings. When I've reapplied the application is denied due to product images, again the same images I've used in the past are now being denied. Is anyone else running into this that has any suggestions?
Thank you
I assume you mean brand registration? (as you speak of "your own" listings?
Things I noticed:
Your primary images (at least the first 3 I opened) are water marked. Not allowed.
None of your images are "3D" showing the product from the side, or back. Instead you show the exact same picture 4 times.
If your products do NOT have a registered brand, they need to be listed as generic.
Hi there @Seller_n0kwqd5ZTP11F,
I'm sorry you are having a hard time with your application. In order to have your Brand Name Approved you will need to demonstrate that your Brand Name is what is being used on your products. You can see the standard expectations in the Brand Name Policy help page as well as the Brand Name Approval Requirements.
I'm not sure why you might have been approved and then later rejected. Can you please provide your most recent Case ID on this issue for my review? Thank you for your understanding.
