Hi guys, im trying to explain my situation using the e-mail I sent to Amazon as well. I do hope in some honest feedback and if that happened to any other person like me.
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to explain a situation I encountered
recently regarding my Amazon business.
In June of last year, I came across an Instagram advertisement for a service that
promised to manage an Amazon business. After applying and paying a fee to join this
program, the management company began adding products and handling the
operational tasks on my behalf. However, after several months, they ceased to upload
new products, prompting us to discontinue our partnership. Unfortunately, the company
lacked transparency in their operations; they requested payment for new inventory but
did not add the corresponding products to my Amazon store. During this time, I also did
not receive access to any receipts or invoices related to their services.
I do have documentation in the form of screenshots of the payments made for inventory,
which is alot, but i will be including only a few and just to clarify i DO NOT HAVE
RECEIPTS OF THE PRODUCTS.
Given the circumstances, I would like to inquire about the likelihood of reinstating my
account. If reinstated, I plan to manage the business independently moving forward.
I recognize that I made a significant mistake in this process by allowing someone to
work on my account on my behalf, and I am prepared to face the consequences. While I
can attempt to reach out to the management company for the required receipts, I am
doubtful that they will respond.
I am hopeful for a positive resolution and would greatly appreciate any guidance on how
I can work to regain your trust and access to my selling account, especially considering
that I am not a long-time Amazon customer.
Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
" just to clarify i DO NOT HAVE
RECEIPTS OF THE PRODUCTS."
Just to clarify, you do NOT have any LOAs from the brands involved stating that you had permission to sell their products on Amazon either.
Unfortunately, your search for a 'softer, easier, way' sunk your account. It is very likely not salvageable but is a good warning for any rookies reading this tale of poor decision making.
For any rookies out there, here is what you will encounter on the new, improved, Amazon these days --
AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
Additionally, brands that you COULD sell yesterday may be restricted today or next week. Amazon is a moving target to deal with.
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
If you have an LOA that specifically says you can sell on Amazon you MIGHT survive listing items.
More and more brands are providing a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK? You DO have a sales rep at the brand, don't you?
NOTE the verification is required from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" that assures you that they are authorized.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.

If you don't already have the above requirements in place you are probably going to have stranded inventory and a suspended account.
You were selling BRANDED products without verifiable supply chain - and most probably without "Letter of Authorization" from the brands.
That means your account will never be reinstated. It doesn't matter if you personally or people you payed working for you made that mistake.
Don't try to create another account, not even in the name of someone else. The AI will identify this and deactivate that one too immediately.
