My access to the report violation tool was revoked and my brand has not used the report violation tool once since I registered.
One day when I wanted to report an offending merchant, I realized that my access to the violation tool was revoked, which made me wonder, it was the first time I clicked on the report tool page and there was absolutely no record of a single report in the submission history, it was just revoked for no reason.
Later, I submitted a complaint and was told by Amazon Branding that I was unable to access the reporting tool due to a violation by a brand that my store had previously authorized, and that the offending brand had been removed from my store's authorization record in July 2022, and was never used by my store again.
But the result is that my own brand was found to be in violation of using the reporting tool resulting in the revocation of access, and no matter how I appealed, it didn't help, so I hope that Amazon can give a statement to help me resolve it
Hello @Seller_K9xLufT8UOcPN
My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. At this moment, unfortunately, the team won't always provide a lot of information around these decisions as the processes around abuse are extremely confidential. However, our best advice will be for you to directly follow the steps to appeal a revoked decision.
When submitting an appeal, please ensure that:
• Your selling account is reactivated. If your selling account is not reactivated, your Brand Registry appeal will be rejected.
• If Your selling account is currently deactivated. You may appeal an action taken on your selling account by submitting an appeal by clicking the “Reactivate your account” button in Account Health (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard).
• The appeal should only be submitted by you and not any other person.
• Enter information accurately and to the best of your knowledge in the appeal form. Please do not leave any field blank in the appeal form.
• Please do not ignore this appeal, as it could affect your future enrollments attempts and benefits of Brand Registry.
Once you have submitted the appeal with all the required information, you will receive the first response within 3–5 days. Once an investigator has reviewed the case, we may reach out to you to request additional information and documents pertaining to your brand. We may also request you to join a video verification with one of our investigators. All communication pertaining to the next steps will be sent by e-mail. Please keep a close watch on your emails.
Please note that Selling Partner Support will not be able to provide further guidance regarding this action. The right path forward is to submit an appeal if you believe the action was made in error.
