Suspected Fraudulent Refund Claims and SAFE-T Claim Rejections

We're writing to report a concerning pattern of fraudulent refund claims and seek assistance with multiple SAFE-T claim rejections. Several recent orders show confirmed delivery via carrier tracking, yet customers successfully obtained refunds citing ‘Order not received’ without any prior notification to us.

Affected orders include:

- Order #112-5648886-2588261 (Tracking: 772624214611, 772624253402)

- Order #114-2228420-1265827 (Tracking: 772428400893)

- Order #114-7186693-3548215 (Tracking: 770275543186, 770275543495, 770275847742)

- Order #111-6788802-7897823 (Tracking: 770436303998) - Reason: Unable To Deliver

- Order #111-3535134-8856209 (Tracking: 772425484290, 772425485139, 772425485551, 772425480354)

All tracking information confirms successful delivery attempts. Despite our efforts to contact customers through Buyer-Seller Messaging, we've received no responses. Our subsequent SAFE-T claims were unjustly denied with the reason ‘You did not use the claim-protected Buy Shipping Services to ship the item. Reimbursements can only be granted when Buy Shipping Service is used to ship a self-fulfilled order.’ which appears to be an invalid justification given the circumstances.

We suspect potential collusion between bad actors in the refund process and fraudulent buyers. Requesting:

1. Full investigation into these transactions

2. Reimbursement for all improperly refunded orders

3. Clarification on SAFE-T claim requirements

4. Enhanced seller protection measures

Please escalate this matter to your fraud investigation team. We're prepared to provide additional documentation as needed.
