All my transactions were marked as deferred, and I have a $0 payment for my next statement.
Customer support is not helpful—they just sent me links to policies like Delivery Date, EDD, PRD, etc. ...and are trying to explain that this is normal, but I see it as an anomaly. It started on my account on October 29, and all payments have been deferred from that date until December.
Nobody can explain why a 7-day deferral became 1 month.
My Case ID: 16643059261.
Can someone from the internal team help me? The delayed payment has ruined my business.

Guys somebody help me? Does Amazon have financial problems, or what is going on?
I had a similar problem two years ago. It was only resolved after 8 months, and the cherry on top was that they verified me as the person who owns the account.
I am assuming that you are 100% MF. What is your OTDR, VTR, and LSR?
BTW: there are now two OTDR stats on your account.
Also, how old is your account?
Are you sure that your VTR is 0%? The target is over 95%.
Read the many posts about Deferred payments - Amazon now is holding money until customers pay their "invoices" - they say it is business customers, but not on mine, orders are not business customers are my orders are subject now to 30-45 day holds, unless you sign up for the "Fast Payments Plan" which Amazon charges 1.5 percent for. Amazon is just looking for another way to get some of our money.

Not happy with these new Payment Policy
I am not sure why they would keep it a month but 7 days after delivery has become a standard. They also renamed to deferred transactions and has nothing to do with regular or business customer, just Amazon finding more ways to keep our money longer. Forget seller history, time with company, etc., we all get to pay for their bad onboarding decisions.
some one needs to call a real power attorney and start a class action against amazon, cant be legal to change peoples terms of payment with out notice and they did it to everyone not just you be happy its only 5k not 500K
