HELP!I accidentally deleted the link to the item

I accidentally deleted the link to the item, and after reinstating the link the ASIN is the same, but the SKU is different, and now the inventory is not restored, what should I do?

If I use the form to change back to the original SKU will the inventory be restored?

Is this about FBA inventory that became stranded when you changed the SKU?

To restore access to your FBA inventory:

  1. First delete the new SKU listing (since you can't have two SKUs with the same condition for one ASIN)
  2. Wait a short while for this deletion to process (15-30 minutes should be sufficient since you're returning to your original SKU-ASIN combination)
  3. Create a new listing using your original SKU for this ASIN
  4. This should reconnect your FBA inventory, making it available for sale again

Is this about FBA inventory that became stranded when you changed the SKU?

To restore access to your FBA inventory:

  1. First delete the new SKU listing (since you can't have two SKUs with the same condition for one ASIN)
  2. Wait a short while for this deletion to process (15-30 minutes should be sufficient since you're returning to your original SKU-ASIN combination)
  3. Create a new listing using your original SKU for this ASIN
  4. This should reconnect your FBA inventory, making it available for sale again
