the item was delivered yesterday to the buyer. today they called Amazon and told them it wasn't delivered. you guys just refunded them the whole amount. and once again, reminder, the package was delivered yesterday, april 3rd.

You neglected to mention if you bought your shipping on Amazon and if you got a carrier pick up scan on or before Amazon's ship-by date.
If so you should file a safe t claim for reimbursement.
It will most likely be rejected automatically by bot the first few times so you'll have to appeal those until you get resolution.
If you bought your shipping outside of Amazon or tracking indicates the carrier didn't pick up on time, you are most likely out of luck.
