Two Errors - no solutions from Amazon Support

Getting two errors. Account Health team says they can't see my inventory to review the violation below. They said to call Seller Support. Seller Support says they can't do anything about getting my inventory listed. I'm beyond frustrated - does anyone know of any other solutions?

This product has been identified as potentially making false claims about fiber content, and improperly references bamboo fibers. The Textile Product Identification Act requires proper display of fiber content for all bamboo textile products. - I followed all these steps and the products still get flagged.

- I deleted the listings 3 days ago, since Seller Support told me to import the Inventory Loader file with an X in the delete column. I waited more than 24 hours, now it's throwing the same error.
