So i listed my first product on Amazon, and i am having some issues.
When listing the product, i accidentally put the material type "PLASTIC", in reality it should've been Low density polyethylene and it is compostable . After contacting customer service, after they explained everything, it turned out PLASTIC is restricted in California.
So after providing information and certificates and proof that my item is legit and not restricted in California they changed the material type and the material feature. They said give it 72 hours to reflect the changes and everything will be fixed.
It has been a 2 months and it is not yet fixed. whenever i talk to customer service they ditch me and no one has a solution for this problem.
Can anyone help me understand what the problem is? and how to solve this? because i want to start selling. my main buyers are in California.
