Account deactivated due to product condition customer complaints
My seller account got deactivated due to some tough competiotrs , who purchased fake orders and gave fake reviews that they got another product,
i have given correct orders as per items demanded but this is a big scam with sellers,
gave amazon appeal team all invoices ,but every time they rejected,
huge amount is pending towards amazon ,
please help in re activating my account.

This happens with new sellers. Same has happened with me also. Fake orders and reviews + products getting stolen by delivery boys.

Absolutely pathetic situation. I am also facing the same. Competitor sellers either Amazon or non Amazon sellers place fake orders via different aliases, place inauthentic complaints to exploit the Amazon sensitivity to customer complaints. It is crystal clear now.

I’ve been a seller on Amazon since 2015 under various brand names.
To my knowledge, this malpractice has grown rapidly since 2019.
I too raised cases and submitted over 200 invoices to amazon but they never took any action since no one can prove it even though we as sellers know it that its our competitors.
Trust me i too have many tricks up my sleeve but this problem gets fixed only when amazon wants it to get fixed.
I request you all to give it as many thumps up as possible so that it gets noticed by Amazon.

amazon courier persons are biggest cheaters in the world. every order replaced with 5rs water bottle, and amazon not resolving case or accepting correct invoices, too.
