My account has been deactivated due to Suspected Intellectual Property Violations. The products I purchased are from a legitimate business, one being Wal-Mart. I have submitted the receipts several times but get a form letter from Amazon telling me there isn't enough information. There is no longer a way to have someone call me to discuss. I am not sure what to do as I have had this issue for 6 months now. Anypme know how to solve this issue or how to get in contact with a real human at Amazon??
When you purchase an item at a store or website you are the end user. You can verify this by seeing if you paid sales tax, if you did you are the end user.
Items sold have different warranties or guarantees from the brand that do not transfer to a second or third owner of the item. This makes the item you purchased and are reselling "materially different" or counterfeit. Listing an item that is "second hand" as "new" on Amazon is a violation of the product condition guidelines as it misrepresents the item to the customer and is fraud.
Also brands have various patents, trademarks and designmarks for there products that are protected by the USPTO. This makes using those "intellectual properties" without permission theft and against the law.
Your account will likely remain deactivated. You will likely lose any funds or product held by Amazon.
I would highly recommend learning about whatever business you get into before beginning that business.
WalMart is a RETAIL store; it is not a wholesale supplier. You do not have an invoice; you have a receipt. And likely, you are selling something that requires permission FROM THE BRAND to sell on Amazon.
Amazon has made it clear that to resolve an IP complaint, you MUST submit the required documentation; no amount of apologies or promises to not do it again will do; you must supply the documents.
Since you bought from a retail source, you don't have the documents. You're done here. You cannot "solve this issue".

Hello @Seller_Fg2ThozKjOiRP,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
I will need you to further clarify the exact reason your account was deactivated. If this was due to "suspected intellectual property violations", it is usually associated to the account health rating and a misrepresentation of the brand on the product or listing. Clarifying this will help understand the the situation and provide accurate guidance on the situation.
As mentioned by @Seller_Qbd0RsfZFEZBY, if these were not sourced appropriately the "receipts" would not be sufficient to address these types of situations. Another separate concern is when you use Walmart and their website to purchase anything, its not only Walmart selling. There are a number of third party sellers, and sourcing from them may prove incredibly difficult to verify authenticity or a valid supply chain.
I would recommend reviewing our invoice requirements to ensure all of your sourcing documents meet our requirements and verify not only proof of authenticity but verify the products full supply chain back to the original manufacturer.
If this is associated to a suspected intellectual property or supply chain concerns we may require a letter of authorization issued by the brand confirming you are an authorized distributor. The notification requested surrounding the deactivation should provide clarification of this.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
