We have a shipment that is closed automatically because it has not arrived in 90 days.

This is because there was delay due to custom inspection on the way from China.
Now the shipment will arrive to the amazon warehouse in the next couple of days.
Can you please guide how we can reopen this shipment or let me know what to do in this regard as UPS will be trying to deliver it in the next couple of days.
Hey @Seller_QUd37WAdXZYod, I suggest opening a case with Seller Support. They likely won't be able to reopen the shipment and you will need to wait for the Fulfillment Center to process it. You may experience a longer receive time since they are not expecting the shipment. However Seller Support will be able to provide guidance.
