Hello,
We are selling Amazon Renewed products on Amazon. These are the products that we buy used and then Renew it in our warehouse. We are actually selling computers. Recently, we have received an inaccurate pricing information violation. Amazon is actually telling us that you are selling this product for cheap. Also, we haven't created our own listings. We check the products in our warehouse and then find that product listing and hop on it.
Now my questions are,
1) We have submitted invoices, what else Amazon need? If we are selling used HP computers, we can't get an authorization letter from HP. That is impossible.
2) Our prices are same as others, why do we get this violation and our offer is removed from the listing and not the other seller offer? Some sellers are even selling cheap than us.
3) Is there any low price threshold set on a listing and sellers are not suppose to go below that? If yes, how can I check it?
Once again, I would like to mention that these are Renewed products and not brand new. These are just used products and there shouldn't be any issues like these while selling on Amazon.
Thank you.
@Josh_Amazon@Stevie_Amazoncan you please help with this. I am loosing sales because of this violations and I have total of 12 listings that are impacted due to this violation.
Also, there are no case id since Amazon asked for an invoice and we submitted an invoice thourgh account health portal. Even there are some listings that we haven't sold yet but still we have received violations on those.

@Seller_WyBszoOzoS7y8Your issues of Inaccurate pricing information has been resolved? I haven't seen any seller whose inaccurate pricing information issue is resolved? I have checked USA, UK, Canada, Europe seller forum and I didn't find any seller who said that his issues has been resolved.
I hope a mod looks into this and guide us how to resolve this issue.

Hello @Seller_WjekFLRdr0Znf,
This is Josh from Amazon. Thank you for contacting our Forums!
I understand about the situation you are experiencing with your products being deactivated.
I see that you already submitted an invoice through Account Health dashboard. In this case, next step would be to contact our Support team to get a case ID. They will be able to investigate further and help you with this situation.
Now, if after the case you open gets resolved, and you still don't get a resolution, you can give me that case ID on this same thread and I will be able to look further for you, but that only when you have contacted our Support team first and you have a case ID that was resolved but no resolution was provided.
You can create a case here: Seller Support
Kind regards,
-Josh
