Account health violation on a deleted listing (prior to violation)
We got trademark violations on 2 listings that were deleted prior to receiving violations (approximately 2 weeks before). Account health support helped with only one of them and removed violation from our account health and returned us AHR points. However, for the second listing with the exact same issue violation is still on our account health page and this violation still affects our rating. Account health support is not helping with the second violation, even though they have admitted that this is Amazon's technical problem when they were helping us with the first one.

Hello @Seller_H2JDMhhmUEMIf,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your restricted product policy violation.
Can you provide any additional information regarding the situation? Do you have any cases where you communicated these issues or provided proof that you did not attempt to list or sell these products?
So you are aware, if you list a product and a rights owner issues a complaint it is still a valid complaint even if you delete the ASIN afterwords. This include if its received after the deletion, some situations it will depend if they issued the complaint prior to you deleting the ASIN. Simply adding a product to your manage inventory that you do not have authorization for will result in this type of issue. These will require valid invoices, and or a letter of authorization if the rights owner does not retract their complaint.
If the mentioned documentation cannot be provided it will result in the continued impact to the account health rating and possibly the deactivation of the account, depending on the severity of the situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
