Hello,
I am reaching out to seek assistance with an ongoing issue regarding the compliance review for ASIN B0DJG4C5B3. We submitted all required documentation, including the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) and ASTM test reports, over two weeks ago. However, the status remains “Under Review,” and no updates have been provided.
Despite following all instructions and submitting the necessary documents, we are still receiving automated emails stating that the listing will be removed if the required documentation is not submitted. This seems to indicate that the compliance team has not yet assigned someone to review the case.
This delay is causing significant disruptions to our business, as we are unable to proceed with the listing while it is under review. We kindly request guidance or escalation to ensure that this case is assigned and reviewed as soon as possible.
If anyone from the Seller Performance or Compliance Team sees this, I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.Thank you in advance for your support.

What you don't see it this. At this time of the year Amazon cuts way back of accepting new sellers, new brands, and new products. It has nothing to do with you or Seller Support. It is just that Amazon does not want any changes to the catalog during holiday shopping. Amazon does not want the buyers to be disappointed by problems that may or may not raise in these arenas. things pick back up in January giving sellers 10 months to work out problems for the 2025 holiday shopping season.
