We have encountered an issue on our FBA shipment before and for whatever reason, our 2 products where linked to each other, 1 listing is a single and the other one is 3 packs. The problem now is we can't send to FBA as they are different products with different SKU,ASIN and Barcodes . How can we be able to unlinked?

Haven't had to do this in awhile, but there are old forum posts about how to do this...search (using Google, not the forum search (which is ineffective) for CLEVE or CLEAVE ASINs.
When you say linked do you mean MERGED?
are they both showing the SAME ASIN now?
Or are they linked as in a variation?
Hello @Seller_0XE2Motl7UPjk,
As @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEYhas stated, and according to my findings in this related thread, you may need to open a new case with Selling Partner Support and request to cleave the ASINs. By having them "cleave" it, it removes the relationship between the ASINs.
Feel free to include your CASE ID in this discussion and I'll ensure it reaches proper conclusion.
Thanks and have a great weekend.
