The brand name has been changed on one of our listings to an incorrect attribute. It looks like the listing has been hijacked. We are not the brand owner, but we have pictures of the UPC and brand permanently affixed to the product, as well as proof from the GS1 database that the UPC is registered to that brand.
Seller support keeps telling me they cannot change the brand name attribute, because it is misleading to customers.
We have opened multiple cases and reported abuse. Nothing has been successful. Can I get some help with this? It is a very important ASIN to us!
