Negative feedback in "Voice of the Customer"
Recently, one of our buyers provided us with negative feedback in the "Voice of the Customer" section of Amazon. The reason as provided by the customer was that product was received in damaged condition.
The order was packed by us and shipped via Amazon EasyShip that is Amazon handled the delivery part. Now the package and the product inside was damaged during transit by Amazon and we as a seller lost a valuable customer, because the customer thinks seller sent damaged goods. We don't know if amazon verified the claims made by the customer or not because the customer or the Amazon team has not provided us with any proof such as pictures etc by which we can verify if the package was actually damaged or was this another fake customer (like the dozens of other fake customers).
These kind of incidents are normal when selling on amazon. As sellers we are always at the losing side and it is high time Amazon does something about this. No one here is to make losses and its high time Amazon starts respecting and treating the sellers equal to its buyers.
