Hello, at the beginning of this month I had lost buy box eligibility on all my FBM listings.
I believe this may be due to several lost shipments and having to address shipping problems due to my local carrier losing many mail packages. I believe there may be negative metrics impacting my account but these have been addressed and my account shows as healthy.
However, I do not have buy box eligibility back. I also noticed there was one charge back claim which is being processed for a refund. This is approved to process. As of current I have been addressing all negative issues. Can you please help address what outstanding issue is impacting my buy box eligibility? How long do I need to wait for whatever restriction to be removed?
