Can any one show me where it states that Amazon can take your product at random and quarantine it for 60 days and give the seller no option to appeal. Product that is owned by the brand registered with Amazon, Has a US Utility Patent, Has A US Design patent, Has a US trademark, In what world do we live in when a big company like Amazon can just confiscate your product based on claims from competitors or non-competitors. This is legal issues that should be settle by the USPTO not Amazon. If you are legit selling a fake product then yes remove and confiscate. The problem is Amazon isn't solving a problem they are making the problem bigger. When you call support you get told nothing but lies and they don't take the time to fix anyones problems. What is the purpose of 60 days? It takes a day to figure out if there is a problem or not. Send someone to look at the product don't continuously screw over the sellers. I will say this has become one of the most unprofessional platforms around. How does a corporation such as Amazon have so much power. Especially when it comes to other big companies that Amazon sells and ships there product. Should be some kind of conflict here.
