Hello I received this email below:
Hello,According to our records, we have not received details of your commercial insurance policy after multiple email follow ups. The Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement requires that once you reach $10,000 in gross proceeds in any month, or if requested by Amazon, you secure commercial liability insurance. We ask that you submit proof of insurance for the products you sell on Amazon.com in the next 30 days.
This is the only email that I have received regarding insurance needed but I have not met these requirements. I wish I reached $10,000 in monthly sales that’s my ultimate dream and goal. I’ve been searching this morning for pricing. Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks for any help in advance

The latest in the glitch series by Amazon. You can see in the forum that it's affecting many, just like that Seeds and Plants bot mess that just happened. The bots needed a new game to play.
Personally, I'm ignoring it, since it doesn't apply to most of the sellers who got it.
Check into "Simply BUsiness"...that seems to be the one Amazon prefers? Not sure if they own the company, it costs about $25 per month. That's the option we chose, at least. I'm sure there are other options.
Catch 22 insurance for 10,000 a month or a year. Amazon makes that ruling. Next insurance for liability is like 35.00 a month.
Call your local agent and send them Amazon's requirements. Describe what you sell and get the policy. It's good protection and you'll be compliant. mine is about $400/year and I have no worries.
Amazon may require insurance, note the additional condition: "or if requested by Amazon" . If the email notice from Amazon is a request then it could trigger this requirement. Of course, I had insurance, but they were requesting that I get it. I can't tell if it is a bug or not.
i have insurance, but i dont want to go through the hassle of adding amazon to the policy. Plus, i dont know if they have global claims(one of the requirements), so while the insurance fits my needs, i dont know if amazon will accept it (i only ship within usa on Amazon). Id hate to have to switch insurers if the email was only a glitch
You should check your actual sales on Amazon. Not what you receive from your sales. It might be above $10,000/ month.
I might advise that once you've been gated for reliability insurance, you need to have should you want to continue on this platform.
$10,000 in gross proceeds in any month, or if requested by Amazon,
You should have business insurance anyway (required by Amazon or not) to protect yourself against liability.
The nonsense with Amazon is that they want you to list them as a named insured and give Amazon the right to contact your insurance company WITHOUT notifying you in order to file a claim against YOUR insurance policy.
