INFORM CONSUMER ACT Tax Id Verification (In Progress) - Account at Risk of Deactivation

We received a warning stating, "Your account is at risk of deactivation," with the Tax ID verification still marked as "In Progress" and no option to take action other than waiting.

When we checked the verification screens, everything else showed as verified, except for the Tax Information. To be safe, we resubmitted the form and received a confirmation at the end of the process. However, the "In Progress" status and warning banner are still there.

This seems like a glitch, but it’s a major concern. With significant investment in stock, the uncertainty is frustrating, and we need clarity on what’s happening.

Same issue here. Tax ID verification marked as "In Progress" for 10 days now.

Amazon say to ignore it...
