I had received FBM order for FBA listing. It was surprised and shocked.
Had opened cases (15172502261, 15171067561) and still Amazon is trying to find answer and solution.
Support told me that it should probably be because of bulk uploads of product into inventory. But I had never uploaded it in a such way. And already I had FBA sales in that listing before.
"search for the product and change it to an FBA listing in "Manage Inventory" - all my listings was FBA and there were only one option to change it to FBM. What I did? I changed this ASIN to FBM and then again return to FBA. Probably, it will be a solution for future orders, who knows how Amazon will surprise.
Another suggestion for Support was " fulfill the order or you can cancel". I decide to fulfill the order by MCF. Because the product is medical supplement and maybe the person who ordered this really needs it. Amazon charged me $7.20 for shipping. It would be reasonable to request a refund since the order should have been processed as an FBA shipment.
