Each week we are getting more and more fraudulent INR claims. We getting anywhere from 5-10 per day now and it is becoming a big drain on our customer service team, especially on weekends when we are still required to respond. They all look and "smell" the same based on the wording and I can already tell I'm looking at a fraudulent INR claim before I even dig into the details. In every case, the POD photo clearly shows the correct ship-to address based on comparison to Google Street View and the FedEx GPS tag on the delivery clearly shows it was delivered to the correct address. We are responding to each and every fraudulent buyer message with 100% proof of delivery, reporting the buyers, and appealing the A-Z claims that follow, but it's all the wasted time that is infuriating. Despite all the reports nothing is changing, it's only getting worse by the day. Amazon really needs to do something about this, or they need to create an "easy button" to report these fraudsters so we aren't wasting so much time jumping through hoops to prove our case when we already know it's just another fraudulent claim.
They are all worded very similarly...
"Friend, what's the matter, why my package has not been delivered to me for so long, I don't need it now, I want my money back now, please refund."
"Hello friend, I would like to know why the goods I ordered have not been received yet? What's wrong with this order? I don't even need it anymore. I need a refund."
