Read onlyHow am I not on 1000, LOL? … see screenshot.
What would it take to get to 1000?
If most diligent sellers are in the 2-300 range why does it go up to 1000?
IDK, I can’t figure out where I’m getting my 212 score from. Would be nice to know since the score is over 20% bad things…
Zero issues here 225 health score.
Should be 1,000 if it is based on the shown metrics.
264 here, I’m all 0%'s and 100%'s as well?
We took the drastic step of calling an Account Health Specialist by using the “call me now” button as our Dashboard looks just like yours. We’re FBA only so our rating of 320 seemed low also.
We were told that the score is based on the past 180 days only, so our years of competent selling did not factor into the score. Okay, but we have no violations or other issues so why the low score? Well, of course, he could not explain stating that fulfilling orders will cause the score to go up as will fixing violations; however, the rest is an “internal algorithim” and he could not provide any further details.
204 here, the answer appears to be I don’t sell enough widgets. You get points for each sale.
I’m in Handmade, and I do ok. I can’t imagine the stress this is creating for smaller sellers.
You start with 200 points, and you get 4 points per 150 orders, and lose points per violation.
Another Amazon mystery, I’m at 220. Why start at 200 and add? Why not start at 1000 and subtract? So if I have 10 orders today, will that add 40 points tomorrow?
200 is the start of the safe range and the default starting point.
Want 1000?
You get 4 points for each 200 sales. 1 point = 50 sales (but not awarded for less than 200)
So to gain 800 points (200 to 1000), you need to make 40,000 sales in 180 days with no violations.
number of sales = (points value you want - 200)/4x200 or to simplify (points you want - 200)x50
1000 = 40,000 sales in 180 days
800 = 30,000 sales in 180 days
600 = 20,000 sales in 180 days
400 = 10,000 sales in 180 days
300 = 5,000 sales in 180 days
204 = 200 sales in 180 days
I sell so few (200 per year is good for me) that I will never see more than 200. I will always be a single minor violation from dropping into at risk.
According to the Help Pages:
To ensure your account health is evaluated in the context of the size of your business, points are also granted when a minimum number of orders are filled. All new sellers start with a score of 200, and over time, sellers will see a score that accurately reflects their account health based on policy adherence and selling activities over the last 180 days.
If your AHR is green (“Healthy,” based on a score of 200-1,000), that means your account is not at risk of deactivation based on the policies comprising the score. If your AHR is yellow (“At Risk,” based on a score of 100-199), your account is at risk of deactivation. When your AHR is red (“Unhealthy,” based on a score of 99 or lower), your account is either eligible for deactivation or already deactivated.
