We awoke this morning to an infuriating issue. Our workflow is to first print the packing slips. Then we bring up orders in Amazon's Buy Shipping. We ship from two address. However, over 95% of our orders ship from our default address in Florida. Less than 5% of orders ship from Atlanta.
The default Florida address is not longer showing in Amazon's Buy Shipping. I figured this was yet another Amazon Buy Shipping (in bulk) error. So I entered into the orders individually thinking that maybe I would see our Florida address displayed as a shipping option when I buy the label one at a time, individually. But the same issue is there. Only the Atlanta, secondary address is there as a ship from option.
So I double checked our General Shipping Settings --> Locations, settings. Our default address for shipping is correct. It displays the Florida default address correctly. No apparent issues there.
But I figured I would try to click on set default address anyhow, see what happens. I opened up the drop down box under the Florida address and click on set as default. And then an error message appears.
I also tried to buy shipping using a different internet browser, since often Chrome will cause some strange issues. Same situation.
I tried using a different computer. Same issue.
So I figured I would try to make a "new" shipping location but use the same default location. An error message say it cannot add the location.
I was on hold with Amazon seller support for about an hour. I was told it could take their internal team 3 to 14 days to resolve this issue. I am not holding my breath. I am hoping another seller might have some insights? Thanks in advance.
