Create promotions in fewer steps with new, simplified process
We’ve simplified the way you create promotions with a streamlined process and fewer steps.
Starting August 21, 2023, you will no longer be able to edit nor create new product selections using Brand, Browse node, and Advanced product selection options.
For single-tier promotions, customer messaging that is displayed on the detail page in checkout and for purchased items will be standardized.
For multiple promotions on the same item, display precedence is automated to display the most discounted promotion to your customers first.
Promotions can run for as many as 180 days and can be created up to 90 days in advance.
Active and pending promotions won’t be affected by these changes.
