Thank you for reaching out through the Forums and providing the case ID. It can be frustrating when you have not received a response to your appeals. After a review with our teams, it looks as if there are a few areas for improvement.

The issue started as a Restricted Products Policy Violation due to labeling concerns. Thank you for including the (COA) but this will not address the issue with the label. The requirements are:

  • Labeling recommendations for botanical extracts shall be according to criteria described in 21 CFR 101.36 and/or USP <565> Botanical Extracts. Amazon policy prohibits dietary supplement products that do not meet FDA labeling requirements.

This help page will provide a greater understanding: Dietary supplements

Your product will need to have the label meet the above requirement. Your listing will also need to be accurate and match any documentation you are providing as proof of the product.

After you have completed the above actions, you may reach back out in this thread. We will work with the appropriate teams for any additional issues or concerns.
