Missing Over 80% of Units for One SKU / Amazon Stated Further Correspondence May Not Receive a Reply

In September, a shipment delivered to Amazon showed over 80% of units missing for a particular SKU. Our supplier confirmed that the items were packed in an inner case. This setup likely caused the entire case to be processed as a single unit instead of individual ones. We previously contacted Amazon about this issue, but their recent response suggests further correspondence on this may not be addressed.

We kindly request assistance from an Amazon moderator to re-evaluate case ID 16370808051. We would appreciate if Amazon could provide a photo of the received box and consider reimbursement for the missing units, as a review appears warranted in this situation.
