Read onlyFirst time using Amazon Global Logistics (AGL). I believe "floor loading" (no pallets) is available for both FCL and and LCL shipments according to the AGL info page.

However, when going through the Send to Amazon workflow, step 4 asks me to print pallet labels. I have not chosen the "Palletization" value-added service in step 2.
I can't seem to figure out how to select "floor loading" without pallets for my shipment.
Has anyone done this before and can shed some light?
Thanks!
Hi there @Seller_WY1FDS1qTfG3S
Palletization would ensure an earlier delivery appointment and quicker processing at the Fulfillment Center. However, Amazon considers floor loading to be loose, stacked boxes, which are under 22.68 kg in weight that will be unloaded by hand.
You must inform your carrier that floor-loaded shipments are only accepted when they identify them on Carrier Central in the Appointment Information Section by selecting Load Type > Floor Loaded.
Follow these requirements while readying the floor-loaded shipment:
