MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED DUE TO THE PRODUCT I PROVED ITS ORIGINAL 7 MONTHS AGO.
Hello, about 7 months ago, my account was closed again due to the product's originality, which I proved to be original, this time the documents were not accepted for a reason I do not know. Only 4 units of this product were sold and there were no complaints. The customer may have consumed the products and thrown away the packaging, but I am still having problems with the products.
What should I do? I ask for your support on this matter.

Where did you source your inventory?
If branded, do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?

Amazon changes all the time AND they discover new information on a continuing basis.
The new standard here is to have an LOA AND invoices from AUTHORIZED wholesalers. In the past they may have allowed gray market sources but new laws (and the request from BRANDS to require authorized sources) probably altered the situation.
Do you have an LOA? Have you asked your rep at the brand (you DO have one, don't you?) if your source is authorized or are they gray market?
