Can someone help me how to reactivate my account?

Hello,

My account has been deactivated due to a mistake on my part. I had a private label listing, and due to a lack of knowledge, I used other brand name pictures in my listing. Then the brand complained to Amazon that this seller was using my trademark without permission. Amazon has deactivated my account. I appealed to Amazon to activate my account but Amazon is not. Amazon is saying to provide me with a retraction. Then I contacted the brand many times but the brand is not responding to me.

Can someone help me how to reactivate my account?

From what you have shared, I understand that your account has been deactivated for intellectual property issues and you have questions about your next steps.

Typically for intellectual property concerns you will be asked to provide proof that you have permission from the rights owner to sell their products (letter of authorization, licensing agreement). If you do not have permission you will be asked to get a retraction issued from the rights owner. If the rights owner is not willing to provide the retraction, we cannot guarantee a resolution of this issue.
