Lost shopping cart
Due to the on-time delivery rate being lower than the required value, the shopping cart was lost. Now the appeal has been approved, and Guanggao has also been exposed, but the page still does not display the shopping cart. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by shopping cart? Reviewing similar threads it looks like folks are talking about the featured offer but I want to be sure.
Guanggao has also been exposed,
Can you further clarify what you mean by this statement - who is guanggao and how were they exposed?
